Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
A restocking fee of 10–15% may apply to change-of-mind returns to cover inspection, repacking, and processing costs. The exact amount depends on the product type and condition upon return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details.
In these cases, no restocking fee applies, and we will cover return postage or offer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, style, or product, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and returned items must be in original condition.
Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges where a replacement item is issued.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
